1.
By renting, the renter has, from the moment the equipment is not in PRODUKTIONEN.DK's custody until it is picked up or returned again, full responsibility for the equipments condition. Any damage or defects are to be replaced by the renter - unless this is due to wear and tear.
Complaints are only taken during the first 24 hours of the rental period. If equipment is stolen the renter is to replace it.

Upon delivery and pickup of rental equipment in the metropolitan area of Copenhagen there is a fee of kr. 250 (between the hours. 8-17). In addition to normal office hours or outside the metropolitan area a special agreement is to be found.

When renting a production van, the renter MUST hire a runner through PRODUKTIONEN.DK. The runner is covered by PRODUKTIONEN.DKs insurance and the same goes for the van. This means that in the case of damage to the production van or another party's vehicle, the renter will not be held accountable for the excess. If somebody that is hired through PRODUKTIONEN.DK drives the runner car, the insurance will not apply and any damage will not be covered by PRODUKTIONEN.DKs insurance.

When purchasing a package deal, PRODUKTIONEN.DK commits itself to ensuring that the storage box containing the goods specified in the agreement, is secure and that it is refilled once a week (by arrangement with the production department - usually the runner). This service, delivery and pickup is free for longer productions when ordering kr. 1.000 ex. VAT as a minimum. In productions with 1-4 shooting days, or orders under the minimum amount, a fee of 250 kr. is charged for delivery (within the metropolitan area). The same conditions apply to the pick up.

All products where the packaging is intact are taken back without charge.

PRODUKTIONEN.DK 's network is created with the purpose of offering media productions, events and the like with labour. PRODUKTIONEN.DK have the right to refuse a customer if the task is not relevant to the network's purpose.

2.
It is the customers responsibility that the runner is treated under the statutory rules for working in Denmark. The customer is obligated to bear the expenses PRODUKTIONEN.DK incurs as a result of failure to comply with rules for working time and the rules for workers injury insurance.
