1) Personal belongings stored in the bus/make-up trailer are not covered by PRODUKTIONEN.DK’s insurance. PRODUKTIONEN.DK cannot be held responsible for theft or damages made by third parties.
2) Lessee must replace damaged equipment whereby the damage is caused by negligent or intentional actions by renter or persons the renter has permitted to use the rented equipment.
3) The rental period starts as soon as the bus leaves the parking space (Fabriksparken 3, Glostrup) and ends when the bus is back in the same location. Collection of “used kilometers” starts and ends from the parking space.
4) Lessee is responsible for collecting statutory parking permits etc. if necessary.

PRODUKTIONEN.DK is not responsible for any loss the customer may experience with cancellations caused by defects or deficiencies in the bus, non-attendance or illness with drivers and force majeure.
